I went to find the bebbies this afternoon for a little chat.
Silver was stuck in a grotty old sheep pen attached to their paddock.
Waffle and Storm were stuck the other side behind a dry-stone wall.
None of them knew what to do about their location and they were neighing for each other.
Storm had the inspired presence of mind to climb over the dry-stone wall.
Waffle did not. He said he was stuck.
I freed Silver from his sheep pen whereupon he stood in front of Waffle and shouted for him.
Waffle remained gormless, stuck and, by now, rather put out.
So Storm climbed back over the wall to annoy his friend and to show him just how easy it was to get over a tiny wall.
Being the nice person I am, I rumbled the rest of the wall for Storm who managed to then pick his way through and follow Silver back into his grotty sheep pen.
He managed to get stuck again. Rather than walk over something, he walked into it.
I opened the gate realising that if “you can’t beat them, join them” and at least make it safe.
Soon all the bebbies were in the scrubby nasty old sheep pen where there is no grass, old sheep bones and some string.
I hope they are all very happy there.
I give up.
Bwahhahahah….sorry, can’t help myself !
there is one or more in every family!
That made for a good chuckle! Such knuckle heads!
