Sharing

I needed to get to Lerwick to deliver many sheeple as they are selling fast.

But first things first.  Food.

(I would like to say there are seven buckets for six of them but there is no point, they have to share or annoy each other on purpose).

Is that a waistline I see?  Surely not!

And this is Newt’s grot-bag face.

He tries to win me round but it isn’t working.  Nope. I know him too well.

Meanwhile, Vitamin was not happy that everyone else had discovered they have 40 acres to explore.  She tries to get them to come back to her but they won’t and I won’t lie, I am pleased they are looking for grass now.

And so afterwards, I went to Lerwick to drop off the sheeple at Jamiesons Knitwear.

There were two cruise ships in and Lerwick was swarming with folk.  I have never seen it so busy.

I know this because I was walking up and down the street popping into shops to see if I had left my handbag, only to find it was sitting at home beside Monster’s bed!  I should not actually be allowed to go outside.

So Welcome to Shetland and have a nice day!  I was so relieved to find my handbag was at home.

Minions Brunch Bar is open! I know that sinking feeling when you think you lost your purse/wallet/car keys but really you forgot them.

Hi Frances, at least they are sharing nicely, in a shetland-pony-sorta-way 🙂

As for the handbag, I have one with a long strap, goes over the head/crosswise.
Its small enough to get stuffed in a backpack if need be.

The strap keeps me from leaving it places, though I have been known to look around after dark and realized I had stuffed it in the backseat of the car (floorboard behind the driver seat) <roll the eyes).
I am trying to do that less these days. I don't have your luxury of living in at the end of long road with only 4-legged visitors.

Post more sheeple photos when you can. They are cute-as buttons! Hmmmm , every thought of trying to make one a Toggle for a Scarf/Sweater closure?

Glad you produced more of your beautiful sheep for Jamiesons…..now the tourists can load up on them! Does it rain a lot in Lerwick? The streets always seem so shiny and the sky cloudy. Maybe it’s my imagination! Glad your handbag was at home too!

In the danish law “Jyske lov” from 1241it says “ med lov skal land bygges” just the same sentences as on your Shetland sign
    So we are all connected.
