Apparently this photo was taken by my neighbour at 06:30. I have no words (but it is sort of my fault because I forgot to clip the lead on last night).
Pepper jumped in the car and was brought home and no one, absolutely no one, is talking to her. Wee turd. I am so ashamed.
Feeling very kind and generous, I did however take Pepper for a walk in the morning (not that she needed or deserved one) before I drove the car into town to have something essential done (I forget what) at the garage tomorrow.
Earlier, OH had taken Ted in for his quarterly hair cut – which was very due and needed. He picked me up from the garage and drove Ted and I home. We all think Ted looks great now and much better for his haircut.
Ted does still look very like Dobby. Ignore the ginger thing on the left of the photo. She means nothing to us.
Apparently she is sorry, not sorry and has been embarrassed all day avoiding eye contact and any interaction. It was only while I am writing this that she started playing and pretending nothing was wrong.
Not sorry at all. Wee turd.

I laughed till I cried! The 6:30 a m visit to the neighbors! Then the photo bomb as Ted (who looks quite suave) was getting his photo taken! Then the ‘Look, look!I’m being so good & cute!’ pictures (boy, do I know those routines well). Hee, hee!

Tell Pepper that if she gets sent into solitary, she should know that she always has a place in Florida if she doesn’t mind 6 cats.
My in-laws’ wee dug had the same sort of tendency to wander. They eventually settled on an invisible fence around the bounds of the yard. It had a receiver on her collar that gave her notice that she was approaching the fence and then a little zap if she still tried to cross it. Doesn’t affect anything that doesn’t have the receiver. She eventually learned to stay in the yard without the fence.
We tried one of those but the big metal shed makes it go all weird and malfunction.
That’d do it! I hope Pepper doesn’t wander too far for a while, at least.

Ted looks mighty finein his summer do. As for the “Hostess with the Mostess” wandering to parties all over the neighborhood….good luck.
