I have no words.
We left for airport at some ungodly hour.
Late flight, delayed flight, missed flight, cancelled flight…. And still I wait as there might be a flight in two hours.
I have eaten my body weight in sandwiches and am terrified of catching Covid,
If I get south, it will be a ruddy miracle. Never again.
Oh the foibles of Spring travels – hope you fly soon and stay safe.
Oh no! What a disaster. Fingers crossed that you get moving soon.
Can you get fitted for an N95?
Got one at Boots. Wearing triple silk and N95!
Frances you are in the thoughts and prayers of all your blog followers.
Fingers crossed that the storm lifts and you have a safe (non bumpy) flight.
IT glitch. No weather except for a little snow in morning.
Oh dear Frances….what a nightmare! I hope you will soon get to your destination.
It sounds just awful. Praying for things to get much better for you soon!
eh. That sucks. Hope you are there by now.
Hope things have settled and you are at your destination by now Frances! Stay well x
Yes, thank you. Packing and clearing and packing and clearing…….
I’ve been thinking about you, Frances. Pleased you eventually completed the journey. Clearing any house is difficult but so much more difficult when it’s as full of memories as your mum’s house much be. xx
Been there! Coming back to the mountains after visit to parents in Los Angeles. Arrived at airport around 3 p.m., Flight was (very late) and because of snow, we landed in a distant city and had to take the bus home. I called my mom – at 3 in the morning – to tell her we were finally home, and no more Christmas visits!!
Hope you’re making steady progress, Frances. Can’t be easy. xx
