An early start in case of Heathrow chaos, but it wasn’t too bad.
I took a photo of my bag this time because these past few flights have resulted in it not coming with me.
So, with some extra time, I mooched around the shops. Purely window shopping.
And then we flew to Edinburgh.
A bit of a mooch around there too and then the flight home to Sumburgh.
This is the best view, ever in my opinion.
A long drive home, a wonderful supper cooked by Floss and I am relaxing……sort of.
It must be wonderful to be back home among such wonderful lovely animals and beautiful scenery; hope it’s warming up now too.
An extremely well earned rest on arrival home (well as much as you can rest). Look after yourself Frances, the days you have had do take their toll and often this is delayed (I am sure I don’t need to remind you but just in case ……….).
Very glad to know you are home safe and sound. Sounds like your return trip was smooth. Now that difficult task is behind you, hurray! Onward to other things.
By the way, Shetland Wool Week is a go! I’ll be coming for that and looking forward to seeing you. More details later as the trip unfolds, but it’s mid-September.
So glad you are home safe and sound. I know what you did is a daunting task, physically and emotionally.
Your critters are thrilled to see you. especially a little Pepper Pot 😉
Be good to yourself, Floss is a jewel taking up the slack and having a home cooked meal ready to greet you.
Try to unwind in the arms? of your critters .
The pictures are great ….. so glad you’re back home!
Pepper has that look of “She’s back and she’s mine. Stand back everyone.”
I’m sure all the others will greet you with joy as well.
Muzza’s home.
🙂
