Today has been lovely.
We all got what we asked for.
And we had a delicious festive lunch.
Afterwards, as the weather was being kind, we went on a walk with the dogs.
And now we are relaxing.

Merry Christmas Frances and to all at Thordale. Our patch in Australia is its usual almost-drought summer, but Santa always seems to cope and the Shetland’s coats are like polished glass. I’ve missed your yule log this year, and hope it didn’t get sidelined in the Christmas festives, I think I need to know.
Floss usually makes our Yule log but she was working right up to Christmas Day. So I commissioned this from our local talented young baker.
