This afternoon we went down to see the Icelandic horse foals.
First up there is Lilja, who is our enchanting little filly.
And then there is Dreki, our solid colt foal.
(we teach them early about nose kisseys)
Some days, you don’t actually need the written word. The photos speak for themselves.
Heaven.
Contentment, nose kisses and love……………..
Thanks for this, having a totally rotten day and this makes it better.
Heaven indeed.
Stunning photographs, Frances! How tall will the babies be when they’re fully grown (approximately)? I love Daisy’s sweater – noticed it in a previous post. Looks very useful.
ABout 13.3hh, I would think.
wonderful pictures, as always!
The photos do indeed speak for themselves!
I love the “tintype” of the photos (do I have right?) I took Photography in high school and loved doing prints in “sepia toned” paper…
This is known in Lightroom as Creamtone.
Ah, that fits what I’m seeing; my sepia-toned photos were “browner” – I like the softer effect of yours…
LOVE the photos !
Thank you! X
Awww, lovely photos! I love the sepia/b&w effect!
Thank you for sharing them with us!
Thank you Frances, for your pics of your beautiful girls with your beautiful foals. Just wonderful.
The photos are so serene.
