Lots to do today so I was out early feeding the sheeps, the ponies, the horses, the ducks, the chickens and ……. Daisy is home for a holiday this week. I am very happy.
Once everyone was fed and in their proper field, Daisy and I went to Lerwick for the day. I needed to top up the Sheeple field and we shopped.
We also saw Puzzzh (may he Rest in Peace) in a shop window, which was a lovely surprise.
Tommy was in Boots, the Chemist, so we had a little chat with him. I haven’t seen him for a while but I haven’t been to town either.
Tommy is a cat who lives in Lerwick. He likes to wander in and out of the shops. As a celebrity, he even has his own Instagram page and, one year, a calendar.
Meanwhile at home we had to change Pepper’s collar for a smaller one as she couldn’t actually walk in it. This has done the trick. Pepper hasn’t touched her stitches once and gallops around the house like a demented angle-poise lamp! She is much happier too. So all is good. A lovely day.
Lovely Sheep poses. Delightful description of Tommy and Pepper. And how wonderful Daisy is home!
What a handsome boy Puzzah was …. Lovely to see his photo. And Lambie looks sooo appealing. Love the description of the demented angle poise lamp, sums it up perfectly!
Is Pepper chewing on a pig’s ear? My Scottie is CRAZY for them! (Even if they are a greasy mess.)
I have been following Tommy on Facebook for some time. so cute. Glad Pepper is doing well. enjoy your visit with Daisy.
I can imagine your delight to have Daisy home. I hope you have some good weather to be able to enjoy getting out and about together. Has she been able to do much with her horses while she’s been away?
Tommy looks like a ‘character’. It’s lovely that he’s welcome in the shops.
Yes, she is riding regularly and enjoys having her two south with her. They are fine and very happy.
So nice your Daisy is home for a visit. I miss hearing about and seeing her. Hope you all have a grand time together.
