The Many Aspects of Monster

I’m just looking at my phone, trying to find today’s blog idea when I realised I have many photos of Monster on our Persian rug.  I think it is because it makes the perfect background for his beautiful physique.

Some pictures are more flattering than others but Monster does look very good against the vibrant Persian patterns and colour.

(a lovely waistline but rather stubby chubby little legs – that’s all I am saying!)

Sometimes, Pepper is added to the mix.

As an almost invisible cat, Monster features a lot in my life.

Mostly, he wants to join in with whatever I am doing.

Or likes to drape himself all over my iPad while I am having breakfast, trying to catch up with various forums and websites.  The little-kitten look melts my heart, every time and I give up all thoughts of anything but tickling Monster’s dangerous tummy.

And then I will be biffed by a paw.  Resistance is useless.

Monster also does a very good sulk as well, especially when I have shouted “enough” because it all gets a bit much.

Ah the curled up paws (we call that Bunny Feet) while flaunting the belly is a well know Cat trick. How you resist that floofy belly is beyond me.

Monster is a perfect little guy. He’s so photogenic, & ,yes, the lovely, vivid colors of the Persian rug show him as the model he is as he stretches.

The wonderful thing about your blog is your representation of Shetland life. The photography is exquisite & your models are such a delight. You & your family bring such a sense of peace & focus to a world that can sometimes seem like a nightmare. It feeds my soul to know that there is a place thousands of miles away where a little white cat joins dogs wearing bright jackets as they check on smiling horses & curious sheep. You & your home really provide a sense of love that gives me a shot of joy every day. Please give Monster a kiss from me @ tell him that he ,indeed, belongs on the magestic gem colored rugs in your world.

I LOVE MONSTER! I would be thrilled to have him on my laptop, lap, book…anything. And taking a walk with him and the sheep and dogs is an absolute treat. Go Monster go!

What can I say . . . I love Monster. My cat lounges and stretches on my rug as well though rug is not so beautiful. Also she does the little kitten curled paws thing to show a cuteness overload. Also I want to thank you for talking about the YouTube cat TV that Monster enjoys. Abby loves it too.
